Tamaokuri
Touda is one of Tsuzuki's Shikigami, he is sometimes referred to as "Tern Snake". Like all Shikigami, he does have a human form. I don't know uch about him other then he was kept prisoner somewhere and Tsuzuki rescued him, and in return for his kindness Touda agreed to work with him, and his human form often wears a visor over his eyes. In his serphent form, he is probably one of the most deadly of the Shikigami, as his black flames can destroy an immortal Shinigami, not allowing their bodies to reheal.
